CAMP EVERYGIRL TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective Date: March 21, 2025
By registering for and attending Camp Everygirl, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Attendee") and The Everygirl Media Group, LLC ("Company").
1. Payment & Refund Policy
All ticket purchases for Camp Everygirl are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to personal conflicts, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, or dissatisfaction with the event.
2. Accommodations & Special Requests
Camp Everygirl strives to be as inclusive as possible. If you require special accommodations (e.g., dietary restrictions, mobility assistance, or accessibility needs), you must notify the Company at least 30 days prior to the event at [insert contact email]. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, the Company cannot guarantee that all needs will be met.
3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By attending Camp Everygirl, you acknowledge and agree that participation in event activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, waive, and discharge The Everygirl Media Group, LLC, its employees, affiliates, vendors, and sponsors from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to your participation.
You further acknowledge that you are responsible for assessing your own fitness, health level, and ability to participate in activities, and that Camp Everygirl does not provide medical supervision or guarantee the safety of any activity.
4. Alcohol Consumption & Liability Waiver
Alcohol will be available at Camp Everygirl for attendees 21 and over. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption and agree that The Everygirl Media Group, LLC, its employees, and event partners shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or incidents related to alcohol consumption. Alcohol consumption is only permitted if provided by the event. No outside alcohol is allowed. You further acknowledge that excessive consumption and disorderly behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
5. Drug-Free & Smoke-Free Policy
Camp Everygirl is a drug-free and smoke-free event. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, marijuana (including THC products), and tobacco products (including cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited at all event locations, including lodging, shared spaces, and outdoor areas. Please note that THC products, including edibles and vapes, are illegal in the state of Texas and are not permitted at this event. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the event without a refund.
6. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure to host the event or fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, labor strikes, or venue closures. If cancellation occurs due to such reasons, no refunds will be issued, but the event may be rescheduled or converted into a virtual format at the Company’s discretion.
7. Personal Property & Liability
Camp Everygirl and The Everygirl Media Group, LLC are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Attendees assume full responsibility for securing their items and acknowledge that bringing valuables to the event is at their own risk.
8. Media Release & Use of Likeness
By attending Camp Everygirl, you grant The Everygirl Media Group, LLC and its affiliates, sponsors, and media partners the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to photograph, film, and record you during the event. You waive all rights to compensation and grant permission for any and all recordings, photographs, and videos to be used for promotional, commercial, editorial, or any other lawful purpose in print, digital, social media, advertising, and other formats. You acknowledge that these materials may be edited, altered, or modified without further approval.
9. User-generated Content
By submitting any content (e.g., comments, testimonials, forum posts, images), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content. You represent that you own or have permission to share such content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
If you submit AI-generated content, you must disclose that it was created with AI. We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove AI-generated content if it does not align with our guidelines or violates any policies.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
11. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket and attending Camp Everygirl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
